Roller press - CAL

Roller presses are mainly used in combination with PUR hot melt roller coaters. The choice between a single or multiple roller press, depends on factors like the type of adhesive, the product material and the production speed. Also, depending on the product, either steel or rubber rollers can be used.

Single roller presses are mostly used for sheet materials, like HPL, aluminium, PVC, et cetera.

Multiple roller presses are used for engineered flooring and other stiff materials which need a longer pressing time.
