Polishing machine - VP
For versatile surface finishing

Designed for applying and rubbing lye, stain, oil, and lacquer onto flat workpieces, including wooden floors, worktops, acoustic wall panels, and furniture. The versatile nature allows for a range of polishing techniques using pads and brushes, to be adjusted in both rotation direction and speed to suit different coating viscosities.
For precision and adaptability, the machine features an easy-to-read height adjustment system that aligns with the thickness of the workpiece. A variety of pads and brushes are available in different hardnesses and materials, including nylon, felt, coconut, Tampico, and horsehair, ensuring optimal results across different applications. The machines are offered in various lengths, widths, and designs to meet specific industrial needs.
Engineered for heavy-duty use, these machines boast a robust, vibration-free construction, thanks to a highly welded framework. This guarantees long-term reliability and consistent high-quality performance.
Additionally, we deliver machines for cleaning padbrushes and cylindrical brushes to extend the lifespan of brushes.
