Many oils and lacquers are specially formulated to dry using UV light, due to the extremely fast curing speed. The UV light activates special photo-initiators in the coating, allowing the curing process to occur within seconds.

Depending on the production speed, layer thickness, and whether the coating is transparent or pigmented, there is an option to use one or more UV lamps. The machine is equipped with a heat- and UV-resistant INOX mesh belt, and the lamps can be adjusted in both height and power (50% or 100%). For panels like table and worktops, which are coated on the sides, a setup with angled lamps can be used to cure the coating effectively.
