The drying tunnel is designed for curing transparent and/or pigmented LED-UV oil or lacquer. It is equipped with an industrial LED module that is compatible with all brands of LED-UV oil and lacquer.

To ensure stable UV radiation and extend the module's lifespan, the LED unit is water-cooled, offering superior durability compared to non-cooled units. The LED module features adjustable power control from 0 to 100%, allowing the intensity to be set according to the amount of oil or lacquer and the feed speed. The conveyor system consists of a stainless steel mesh belt, resistant to aging caused by UV radiation. A sensor at the machine's infeed detects each workpiece and automatically switches the LED module on and off, optimizing energy efficiency.
