Double your coating efficiency with our twin roller coater. Apply consistent, high-quality finishes on panels, doors, and wood surfaces in one pass. Ideal for high-volume production. The double roller coater is suitable for applying waterbased, UV, LED based oil, lye, stain, or lacquer. Each head can be operated independently, or both heads can be used simultaneously to apply a “wet-on-wet” finish. The roller coater features a highly rigid frame, housing two rubber applicator rollers, chromed dosing rollers, and a transport belt with two counter-pressure rollers.
