For versatile and precise, deep structured coating
Achieve precise reverse roller coating for specialty finishes on wood, MDF, and veneer. Perfect for high-gloss, textured, or custom coatings in furniture and flooring production. Ideal for applying waterbased, UV, LED based oil, lye, stain, or lacquer. The RCR-L model is a double roller version where the coating is applied thoroughly and deeply into the grain through the opposite direction of rotation of the reverse roller. For small production runs with frequent color changes, it is possible to skip the pump and only fill the coating between the rollers, enabling the machine to be cleaned in just a few minutes.
