Optimize paint and lacquer application with our automatic spraying machine. Designed for uniform coating on skirtings, floorboards, mouldings, and panels, reducing overspray and waste. For oil, lacquer, paint, lye and stains, but not suitable for UV or LED. Perfect for manufacturers seeking efficiency and quality.
The spray booth is positioned between two conveyor belts, with automatic spray guns controlled pneumatically by photocells and time relays to minimize unnecessary overspray. The overspray is collected in a designated container and can be reused if needed.
The machine is equipped with a filter unit, allowing the extracted air to be discharged outside. Additionally, the machine can be upgraded with polishing brushes to ensure an even finish in the wood grain immediately after spraying. The AS models are available in various widths, ranging from 300 to 1300 mm.
